U.S. Veteran

Charles L. Watson was born on September 26, 1926, to the proud parents of Fannie Mae Orr and Mr. Watson who preceded him in death.

Charles attended Phillips High School. He served in the Army, World War II. Charles was a Steel Mill worker from 1956-1991.

Charles leaves to mourn: His loving wife of 56 years - Marie' Watson; two sons - Charles Watson, Jr. and Vinson Watson; one daughter - Elvira Houseworth (Lenard); two sisters - Ronne Mae Clay and Theresa Watson preceded him in death; one brother - Willie Price preceded him in death; two sisters-in-law - Barbara Jean Perryman and Geraldine Barker (Donald); one brother-in-law; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
