Louise was born in Mississippi on June 25, 1918 to Mr. Mose and Mrs. Wilma Tolbert as one of five children. All preceded her in death.

Louise received Christ at the age of 12 in Mississippi. She later came to Chicago in 1942. She joined St. Paul Church in 1961 where she sang in the choir a few years and joined a social club.

Louise leaves to cherish her memory: a god daughter, Willie; a god son-in-law, Henry; two god grandchildren: Eric and Erica Watson; two stepsons, Bennie Williams, Jr. of St. Louis and Frank Williams of Chicago, IL; one niece, Willa (Jerald) Chambers and a host of nieces, nephews, family & friends.
