Iris Bernanetta Williams - Tillman was born May 28, 1952 to Hazel and John Tillman. Iris was educated in both the Catholic and Public School system.

Iris was employed with the Illinois State University Systems before retiring for medical reasons. Iris enjoyed reading, watching movies and television. After a lengthy illness, Iris quietly stepped across the threshold of life on April 20, 2012.

Iris leaves to cherish her memory a brother -- Dennis (Bonnie) Dickerson; nieces --. Rita Spencer of Pensacola FL. and Lise' Tillman of Atlanta, Georgia: nephew -- Dennis Jr. (Maria) Dickerson all of Pensacola FL. sister -- Marie Tillman of Chicago; and brother -- Eric Tillman of California. She also leaves a host of nephews, nieces, friends, neighbors and a special friend Steven Rae Brantly.
